Surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Patagonian Andes, pristine waters of the Queulat Glacier that feeds the mighty Turbio River on the captivating shores of Lago Verde. This land is a gateway to a world of outdoor exploration, contributing to the conservation habitat of plants and animals. Hike through remaining forests, where verdant trees stand tall, while making a meaningful investment.
Conservation + Experience = MEANINGFUL INVESTMENT
We strongly believe that investing, conserving, and having meaningful experiences can go hand in hand. We achieve this by developing projects where native forests are protected for life through a Real Right of Conservation, and where owners can have unforgettable nature experiences in the surrounding environment.
Aguas de Lago Verde is located on the banks of the Turbio River, which flows into Lago Verde. To access the project, one must take a public boat from the town of Lago Verde, crossing the lake, and then proceed on foot or horseback through an existing 14 km trail.
By car from the north (Puerto Montt - Chaitén) via Route 7 (Carretera Austral).
By plane from Balmaceda Airport, which is 440 km away (with the new route, it will be 330 km).
For the pre-sale stage, only 15 lots are available for those interested in acquiring lots at a preferential price.
The project will have a Conservation Area. Aguas de Lago Verde covers an area of 307 hectares, of which 186 hectares correspond to the conservation area subject to the Right of Conservation, which aims to protect the attributes of the Native Forest and the wildlife that inhabits it, as well as watercourses and wetlands. The lots for sale are not encumbered by the Right of Conservation (D.R.C.).
4G coverage is under development in the area. Lago Verde is implementing its fiber optic connection in the town, and the antenna that will provide 4G coverage to the entire lake and part of the Rio Turbio Valley has already been installed.
The new route of the Carretera Austral will pass through Lago Verde. The construction of the new road through the “tapera” is already underway, which will reduce the travel time to Coyhaique by 1.5 hours.
In addition to land access, there is the option of reaching Lago Verde through river access by navigating on the project’s vessel.
We are coordinating with the City Hall of Lago Verde to support sustainable development, focusing on conservation and respecting and preserving the local culture.
Our Patagonia is a natural reserve of freshwater, strategically important, and increasingly valued. The Rio Turbio is a tributary of the Queulat Glacier’s melting ice.
We play at home! We have offices and a team in Coyhaique, which allows us to be involved in our projects on a daily basis, coordinate with the City Hall, and support the sustainable development of the project.
An excellent appreciation is estimated, with an estimated appreciation of between 30% and 50% upon lot delivery (24 months).
